COMPETITIVE PROGRAM

Jump Rope Revolution offers the only competitive Jump Rope program in Edmonton! 

With support from the Edmonton Community Foundation, Jump Rope Revolution introduced the sport of Jump Rope enabling individuals in the Alberta capital region to have the opportunity to train in Edmonton!  For many years, Coach Deanna traveled over 100km (and sometimes as far as 1000km!) for each club practice in order to  compete as a part of a team.  She offers Heartland High Energy (based in Redwater) and Alleycatz (based in Grimshaw) her sincere appreciation for welcoming her as a part of their clubs for many years.  Coach Deanna is now excited to offer the opportunity to athletes in Edmonton!

Jump Rope Revolution is proud to have three team members qualify to represent Canada in speed, power and freestyle events in Single Rope and Double Dutch disciplines at the 2025 International Jump Rope Union World Championships, Junior World Championships and International Open Tournament in Kawasaki, Japan!

Jump Rope Revolution's competitive team will participate in sanctioned competitions offered by Rope Skipping Alberta (provincial championships), Rope Skipping Canada (national championships), and the International Jump Rope Union (world championships)!

Athletes on Jump Rope Revolution's Competitive Team are encouraged to participate and cross-train with other sports and recreational activities.  All athletes in the competitive program will be offered the chance to compete.
